Susana Arroyo Sierra
Law degree from the University of Barcelona (San Pablo-Abat Oliba Foundation) and member of the Barcelona Bar Association. Master's Degree in Tax Administration and Management from ESADE. Member of the AEDAF (Spanish Association of Tax Advisors). Member of the German-Spanish Association of Jurists (AHAJ).
She has developed her professional career in various professional firms for more than 20 years, including EY, KPMG and Bové Montero y Asociados, having held the position of head of the German Desk of the Legal-Tax Area for the last 10 years.
Specialized in tax advice to companies and individuals, both national and international, in the real estate field, international taxation, indirect taxes, inspections before the Tax Authorities as well as assistance in tax proceedings before the Contentious-Administrative Courts.
She also has extensive experience in Due Diligence procedures, M&A (corporate restructuring and international planning), contributing to the creation and development of the Tax Due Diligence department at EY.

Elena Marín Gámez
Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association. Admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and by the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
She has developed her professional career for four years in the commercial law department in the Barcelona offices of J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. and for seven years has been part of the in-house legal team of Aguas de Barcelona (Suez Group), acquiring therefore a wide experience in corporate law from the perspective of corporate external advisor as well as in-house lawyer.
Since 2019 she has been working as a self-employed lawyer specialized in civil and commercial law, advising individuals and companies on family law, labor law, corporate law, public and private contracting, new technologies, intellectual property, personal data protection, banking and consumer law.
Author of "Claves del buen abogado negociador" (Colex, 2020)
