SOCIA
Susana Arroyo Sierra
Master’s Degree in Tax Administration and Management from ESADE. Member of the AEDAF (Spanish Association of Tax Advisors). Member of the German-Spanish Association of Jurists (AHAJ).
She has developed her professional career in various professional firms for more than 20 years, including EY, KPMG and Bové Montero y Asociados, having held the position of head of the German Desk of the Legal-Tax Area for the last 10 years.
Specialized in tax advice to companies and individuals, both national and international, in the real estate field, international taxation, indirect taxes, inspections before the Tax Authorities as well as assistance in tax proceedings before the Contentious-Administrative Courts.
He has extensive experience in Due Diligence procedures, M&A (business restructurings and international planning), contributing to the creation and development of the Tax Due Diligence department at EY.
